If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned under the conditions below.
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
In accordance with EU and Belgian consumer law, customers have the right to return any non-customized product within 14 days of receiving their order.
Exceptions
Because our pieces are handmade and often customized or adapted specifically for you, the following items cannot be returned:

Pieces made to your specific size or modified on request
This follows EU consumer law regarding custom goods.
Condition of Returned Items
Items eligible for return must be:

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return concerns a damaged or incorrect item.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery:
Include your name, order number, and reason for return.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
