How long does delivery take?
All jewelry pieces are handmade. The standard production time is 6 weeks. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. Please note that the final product may differ slightly from the pictures due to its handmade nature.
Can I return my order?
You may return non-customized items within 14 days, according to EU/Belgian law.
Customized, handmade-to-measure or personalized items cannot be returned.
How do I request a return?
Please email us at contact@joliendeveltere.be with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes.
Within 1 year: Free repair for manufacturing defects
After 1 year: A repair fee of €40 applies
Can I request a modification?
Yes, you can request adjustments to existing designs.
The price ranges from €50–€150, depending on the complexity.
What bracelet sizes are available?
You can measure your bracelet size easily at home using a piece of string.
S: 16–17 cm
M: 18–19 cm
L: 20–22 cm
Are all pieces handmade?
Yes, every piece is fully handmade, making each item unique.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Contact us at contact@joliendeveltere.be. Depending on the design, the piece may be resized (extra fee may apply).
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and include photos of the damage. We will assist you immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Examples include: Bancontact, credit card, bank transfer.
